Heel lasting machine (with tacks or thermoplastic) and side lasting machine (with thermoplastic) with microprocessor control, suitable for heel and side lasting of men’s, women’s, and children’s footwear in a single operation.
The RC 81 SR IP MASTER machine, manufactured by Reces, is equipped with innovative thermoplastic injectors which, controlled by a microprocessor, apply the thermoplastic to the insole following a stored profile, ensuring precise adhesive distribution.
The machine stores up to 100 programs and automatically performs all the adjustments required for changing the last or the processing model.
The RC 81 SR IP MASTER can be supplied in the base ‘thermoplastic heel and side’ version (mod. RC 81 SR TC I/P Master) or in the ‘tack heel and thermoplastic side’ version (mod. RC 81 SR I/P Master). The latter offers the possibility of lasting the heel with either tacks or thermoplastic according to production requirements, making the machine dual-purpose and unique in its class.
