The RC 81 heel lasting machine, manufactured by Reces, is hydraulically operated and performs heel lasting with tacks.
The main features of the RC 81 are:
- Retractable head. This system allows the operator to easily use manual pincers.
- Comb-style loader with the option to work with 22, 20, or 18 tacks.
- Continuous loading ability to load the feeder without empty cycles
- Loader fault detection device with consequent automatic shutdown of the unit.
- Inclined hammers for better tack clinching/pounding.
- Hydraulic hammer activation to reduce noise pollution.
- Closing adjustment can be performed directly on the shoe via a servo-mechanism.
